Disclaimer

The information and tools on YardFigure ("we", "us", or "our") are provided for general informational and planning purposes only. By using https://yardfigure.com (the "Site"), you accept this Disclaimer together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Estimates only

Our calculators are designed to provide helpful estimates for planning. Results depend on the measurements and values you enter, and on general assumptions such as material densities, which vary in real life. We make no guarantee that any result is exact or suitable for your specific project. Always verify quantities, and check with your material supplier, before purchasing or beginning any work.

Not professional advice

The content on this Site is for general information only and is not professional landscaping, horticultural, engineering, or construction advice. For anything involving structural, safety, drainage, or significant cost decisions, please consult a qualified professional.

Accuracy and completeness

We work to keep our calculators and guides accurate and up to date, and we cross-check our guidance against reputable sources. Even so, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Any reliance you place on this information is strictly at your own risk.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YardFigure and its operators will not be liable for any loss or damage, including wasted materials, extra costs, or project delays, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its calculators. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

External links

The Site may link to third-party websites for your convenience, such as supplier pages or reference sources. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

Advertising and affiliate disclosure

To keep the Site free to use, we display third-party advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense. These ads are clearly distinguishable from our content and never influence the advice we give or the numbers our calculators produce. From time to time we may also link to relevant products or resources, and some of these may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes our recommendations or results. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising partners may use cookies.

Use at your own risk

Your use of the Site, and any action you take based on its calculators or guides, is solely at your own risk. You are responsible for confirming all measurements and quantities before you buy materials or start a project.

Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Disclaimer.
